So we have a 7 license MSDN Volume License subscription. We have a developer leave and we wanted to reassign the license to another person. The problem is that I don't know their Benefits Access Number to take care of it. That and we have no Volume License Admin to reassign licenses. So I figured I should contact their online "chat concierge" and they should be able to assist me in this... I was wrong. The following is the conversation that occured.
