I am on the official notification list when the tickets go on sale. I would definetly be in for 10-20 games. This is totally sweet.

That would be a good name, the Washington Ballers... well, not really.

As for a name, my preference would be the Washington Senators

But if the rights are an issue, I think the Washington Grays would also be a good chance.

Or maybe the Washington Bull's Penises

I could just imagine the announcer...

"AND NOW!!!! Taking the field is YOUR Bull's Penises!!!!!!!!"

Wow, even a discussion of baseball devolves to this. What about the Washington Snakeheads?

Seriously, I think "The Washington Grays" is a pretty awful name. If people actually think it's a good name then we should go with it -- but now that the "Negro League tribute" card has been played, I almost feel guilty saying I don't like it...

It will only devolve so rapidly when on Shiny Donkey or in the presence of Bull.

I like the Grays as a name, although Rob II's baseball team adult league was the Grays.

How about this for a team name.

The Washington Interns

I figure they will really blow for the first few years, but some day they will be contenders and only a few will remember their first couple of years in DC.

I would definately want Season Tickets. Just a partial season package of course.

I like the Grays. I like the Senators. I would actually really like something original (and not lame like The Monuments)
